Cyprus Management Development Association

The Cyprus Management Development Association is an independent member-based, non-profit organization, founded by “Employers and Industrialists Federation” (OEB) and “Hellenic Management Association” (EEDE). Its core aims include the development and dissemination of principles, methods and techniques of Management in public or private companies in Cyprus and abroad as well as the recognition of the individuals who hold managerial positions.

Mission:
• To offer Cypriot companies the up-to-date, quality, specialized services required to satisfy the demands of a challenging economic environment; training and leadership development are also of great importance;
• To promote the best interests of its members;
• To monitor social, political and economic developments as well as the functioning of government bodies;
• To encourage Women Entrepreneurs as part of its general objective to promote growth, etc.
